Material examined. Bohemia: Lom , 2 km SE (5448), 50°34′57″N 13°41′50″E, 260 m, near small pond, MT, 23.vii.–24.viii.1998, M. Barták lgt., 1 ♂ ( NMPC) GoogleMaps . Horní Lomnice , 1 km NE (6053-54), 49°55′N 14°40′E, 450 m, forest margin, 1.ix.1984, M. Barták lgt., 1 ♂ ( NMPC) GoogleMaps .
Distribution. Great Britain and Czech Republic (present paper).
Status in CZ. The first CZ records of the species are presented herein.
Ecology. In England, this species has been collected by sweeping shallow pools and swamps with abundant Eleocharis palustris and using Malaise traps near pools in wood pasture ( Drake et al. 2023). No further details are known about the CZ records.
Remarks. The locality at Lom was situated in the operational area of an open pit mine and currently the pond no longer exists.
