The seven species of Procladius ( P. (Ps.) bellus (Loew) , P. (Holotanypus) culiciformis (L.), P. (H.) denticulatus Sublette , P. (H.) freemani Sublette , P. (H.) paragretis Roback , P. (H.) rugulosus Saether , and P. (H.) s u b l e t t e i Roback) found in the light traps are treated in a separate paper ( Saether 2010). P. (H.) paragretis Roback , and P. (H.) rugulosus Saether were never caught with certainty in the bottom samples. The other five belonged to the most common species of the benthos.
