D i s t r i b u t i o n: Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, southern and north-eastern Turkey, Azerbaijan (Talysh Mts), Israel, Syria.
R e m a r k s: locally common in big stony riverbeds where Salix species grow on the riverbanks. It is more common in the eastern part of Turkey.
