Type locality: Kenya, Arabuko Sokoke Forest, 15 km W Gede, 03°17'S 039°59'E, 50 m.
Type specimens: Holotype 3, 17.iii.2004, leg. J. & W. De Prins; genitalia slide MRAC / KMMA 0 0 463, in RMCA; Paratypes 53 and 11Ƥ, same locality data as holotype, 17.iii.2004, 01.iv.2004, 02.iv.2004, 05.iv.2004, 06.iv.2004, 08.iv.2004, leg. J. De Prins, leg. J. & W. De Prins; genitalia slides MRAC / KMMA 00464–00472, in RMCA.
