Type locality. Laos (Se Pon) ( Thai & Samphon 1989).
Type material. SORC, Vietnam.
Records from Vietnam. Quang Tri (Huong Hoa) ( Nguyen 1994).
Distribution. Vietnam, Laos ( Thai & Samphon 1989; Samphon 1990).
Vietnamese name. Giun xê-pôn.
Remarks. The species is more or less commonly distributed in both natural and disturbed habitats ( Samphon 1990). Blakemore (2007a) stated its status as " species inquirenda ", but further examination was not possible because all previously collected material has been lost.
