Type locality. China (Yunnan: Teung Cong ).
Type material. Unknown.
Records from Vietnam. Lao Cai (Sa Pa) ; Hanoi (Ba Vi) (Do 1994; Huynh & Nguyen 2004a). Distribution. Vietnam ( Thai 2000a) , Myanmar, China (Yunnan) ( Gates 1972). Remarks. Gates (1972) noted that the species can be found in habitats of rotting leaves and sandy soils . No material for re-examination was available. Do (1994) stated that specimens found in Vietnam had a shorter
duct of diverticula, compared to the description in Gates (1972).
