Type locality. China (Szechuan).

Type material. Unknown.

Records from Vietnam. Lao Cai (Pho Lu) ; Son La (Moc Chau) ; Phu Tho (Xuan Son NP) ; Hanoi (Ba Vi NP) (Do 1994; Le 1995a; Huynh & Nguyen 2004a; Huynh et al. 2005).

Distribution. China ( Chen 1946).

Remarks. Do (1994) noted that the species can be found in decaying woods with high density. Further examination was not possible because all previously collected material has been lost.
