Type locality. Vietnam (Ninh Binh: Cuc Phuong ).

Type material. ZMUM (W.252), Russia.

Examined material. 1 C (SORC-V.080.01) Co Nhue, Tu Liem, Hanoi, 1980, coll. Tran Thuy Mui.

Records from Vietnam. Hanoi (Tu Liem) ; Ninh Binh (Cuc Phuong) ( Thai 1982; Do 1994).

Distribution. Only known from Vietnam.

Vietnamese name. Giun nhú phụ hình bàn chân.

Remarks Blakemore (2007a, 2008b) considered it as " species inquirenda ". Material was re-examined and absence of male copulatory pouches and hence placement of the species in Amynthas is confirmed here.
