Specimens examined. Jarabacoa (Cordillera Central), 30-IX-2008, six females and five males on Cecropia peltata View in CoL L. ( Cecropiaceae ); four females and one male on Inga vera Willdenow (Leguminosae) . Manabao (Cordillera Central), 30-IX-2008, one female on Ocotea leucoxylon (Swartz) Lanessan (Lauraceae) View in CoL .
Remarks. This species has previously been recorded from Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, México, Perú, Puerto Rico and Venezuela. The measurements of five adult females collected agree well with those of the holotype.
