Specimens examined. Manabao (Cordillera Central), 30 -IX- 2008, two females and one male on Stigmatophyllum lingulatum (Poir.) Small ( Malpighiaceae ); one female on an unidentified plant.

Remarks. This species has previously been recorded from El Salvador, Honduras, Martinique, Puerto Rico and Trinidad-Tobago. Characteristics of the specimens collected agree well with the original description of the species. Measurements of three examined females are: Dorsal shield, 252 µm long ( 240–260), 114 µm wide ( 114– 115).
