Remarks.

Ratcliffe et al. (2013) listed all the Casey synonyms under C. lurida coahuilae Bates. It is more appropriate to treat these as synonyms of the nominate subspecies as all the Casey names were applied to species described from the United States (Alabama, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas) ( Casey 1915).
