Notes. This species was described based on 7 males and 4 females from Hainan Island (Mt. Diaolou – the type locality and Mt. Jianfeng in Ledong County). The description and illustration see Liang (1991).
Measurements (in mm). Length of body (from the anterior margin of head to the apex of abdomen) male 9.0–11.8, female 11.0–16.5; antenna male 10.0–11.0, female 10.0–11.0; pronotum male 16.7–18.0, female 17.0–18.5; hind femur male 7.2–8.1, female 8.0–8.3.
