Size range. Males length: 10.4–12.8 mm, width: 7.0– 8.7 mm; females length: 11.7–12.5 mm, width: 8.0–9.0 mm.
Differential diagnosis. M. namakwanus is in habitus similar to M. endroedyi ( Fig. 13 View FIGURES 11–14 ) however, it is differentiated by the combination of the following characteristics: Pronotum regularly punctate lacking the distinct tubercle in between ( Fig. 61 View FIGURES 58–63 ) and no shiny tubercles on the elytra ( Fig. 75 View FIGURES 70–75 )
