Examined specimens: Greece, Thracia , Dhadia, 10 km S Sufli, 24.IV.1980, leg. H. Schmalfuss, 2 ex. SMNS .— Greece, Thracia , Sapka Pass, 19 km E Néa Sánda, 600 m, 24.IV.1994, leg. W. Schawaller, 3 ex. SMNS .— Greece, Parnass , 1350 m, 23.IV.1995, leg. I. Wolf, 1 ex. SMNS .

Remarks: This species, described from Attica, probably does not occur in Turkey. The published record Goekh Dagh from southern Turkey ( Schuster 1916) very probably belong to the similar Laena assingi sp. nov.

Published localities: Attika, Taygetos, Parnass, Cumani, Hagios Wlassis (all Greece); Sabandja, Goek Dagh (misidentification) ( Schuster 1916).
