Fianarantsoa: Voidray(35 km SE Amboarafibe) – Prov. Toliara: Bekily, Fort Dauphin, Sakaraha – Réunion: Europa.
Subspecies is endemic to the Malagasy subregion. The nominate species is widely distributed in the Ethiopian region. There are no differences in the genitalia between the Malagasy and nominate subspecies (ARNOLD 1945: 87; DOLLFUSS 2010b: 1248). Both subspecies differ only in the sculpture of the scutum (DOLLFUSS 2010b: 1253).
