Comparative diagnosis. Itoplectis gonzalezi differs from other species with pale mesothorax by its entirely black mesepimeron ( Fig. 16 View FIGURES 16–20 ) and almost impunctate tergites 1–3 (tergite 3 sometimes sparsely punctate).
Distribution. Mexico (Chiapas).
