Female

Body small. Head not protruding above pronotum, width of vertex 1.3 times width of an eye, anterior margin straight, not protruding before eyes, median carina distinct; fastigium of vertex and frontal ridge rounded in profile, roundly projecting between antennae, dentate below median ocellus; width of longitudinal groove of frontal ridge equal to width of first segment of antennae. Antennae filiform, inserted between lower margin of eyes. Eyes globose, prominent; lateral ocelli inserted between middle of anterior margin of eyes. Anterior margin of pronotum nearly straight, median carina entire, upper margin of pronotum nearly straight in profile, slightly arcuate in forepart; lateral keels of prozona slightly contracted backward; humeral angle obtuse; posterior pronotal process cuneate, just reaching knee of hind femora; posterior margin of lateral lobes of pronotum with two concavities, apex of hind angles rounded. Tegmina long-ovate; hind wings almost reaching apex of posterior pronotal process. Upper margin of fore femora straight, lower margin undulated; both upper and lower margins of mid femora undulated, width of mid femora narrower than width of tegmina; hind femora stubby, pre-knee teeth acute, knee teeth obtuse; both inner and outer side of hind tibia with six spines; length of first segment of hind tarsi longer than third, first and second pulvilli of first tarsus small, third large. Ovipositor narrow and long, length of upper valvulae four times as long as wide, upper and lower valvulae with slender teeth. Length of subgenital plate greater than its width, with posterior margin triangular protuberant in middle.

Body grey brown, median ocellus white; pronotum white in middle, with a triangular black spot in middle of each lateral margin, with three black spots of various shapes along median carina; hind wings black; fore and mid femora and tibiae with two black rings, apex of first and second tarsi black; inner side of hind femora black, upper and outer side with one white ring and one black ring, lower side black; hind tibia black, light coloured basal part, apex of second and third tarsal segments black.

Unknown.

Measurements

Length of body: female 10–10.2 mm; length of pronotum: female 7.8– 8 mm; length of posterior femora: female 8–8.1 mm.

Type material

Holotype female, China: Sichuan (Emei Mount), 710 m, 13 June 2011, Coll. Zhe-Min Zheng and Qin Tu. Paratpype, one female, same data as holotype.

Etymology

The specific name is derived from the type locality “ Emei Mountain ” .
