Morphometric data. Male (n=28), anterior wing length: 11.0–13.0 mm.

Remarks. Anacroneuria brandaoi was first described at the Serra da Mesa, in the north of Goiás state (Bispo & Froehlich 2004). In this work, we recorded the species in the Chapada dos Veadeiros and Serra dos Pireneus, Goiás state. The penial armature of A. brandaoi differs from that of the holotype of A. debilis ( Zwick 1972) . However, recent studies of different populations of A. debilis ( Baldin et al. 2013; Bispo et al. 2014; Novaes & Bispo 2014a) revealed high variability in the penial armature, which could overlap with that of A. brandoi . Herein, we observed that the penial armature of A. brandaoi has a more rounded keel and that the apex tapers less abruptly ( Fig. 3 ) than that of A. debilis from the same location.
