Current name: Euphorbia heterophylla L. ( Euphorbiaceae ).

Note: Dressler (in Ann. Missouri Bot. Gard. 48: 332. 1961) noted the absence of any material at LINN and interpreted the name via the Plukenet plate, though without expressly treating it as the type.
