Note: — Fischer (1995) considered Ilysanthes oblongifolia Baker as a synonym of Lindernia rotundifolia ( Linnaeus 1771: 174) Alston (1931: 214) . Careful examination of the type specimen ( Fig. 8 View FIGURE 8 ), however, revealed that Ilysanthes oblongifolia is the correct name for Lindernia paludosa ( Fig. 9 View FIGURE 9 ). The necessary combination is made above.
