( BMNH) ; 1 ♂: same data, in cow dung ( BMNH) ; LAOS: NE, Houa Phan prov., 20°13´09–19´´ N 103°59´54´´ – 104°00´03´´E. 1480–1510 m, Phou Pane Mt. 2– 22.06.2011. V. Kubáň leg. ( NMPC) ; JAPAN: KAGOSHIMA: 1 ♂: Amami-Ōshima Island, Yadori, near Setouchi. In a termite mound. 22– 26.03.2010. T. Lackner leg. (cSh) .

Remarks. Paraphloeostiba gayndahensis is widespread species, which was introduced from Australia in many countries of the world ( Shavrin 2020, 2024a; Jenkins Shaw et al. 2023). It is here recorded from Guangxi Province of China, Laos and Japan for the first time. Until now, this species has never been recorded together with termites.
