Maba myrtilloides H.Perrier, Mémoires de l’Institut scientifique de Madagascar, sér. B, 4: 103 (1952). — Lectotype (here designated): Perrier 8744 (P! [ P00541779 ]; iso-, P! [ P00541778 ]).
Perrier 8744 is here chosen as the lectotype of Maba myrtilloides H.Perrier instead of the other syntypes ( Humbert & Cours 22906, Humbert 18336 [not found]) because it possesses mature fruit.
