Fraser-Brunner’s record of Heteropyge sexstriatus from the Pellew Islands refers to Palau (= Pellew), not the Pellew Islands in the Gulf of Carpentaria, as do several other Fraser-Brunner pomacanthid records cited by Taylor (1964) from the Pellew Islands (Gulf of Carpentaria).
