Notes

On flowers of Lysimachia vulgaris , in a clearing along the banks of the River Aniene, flying together with Macropis europaea . Our records significantly extend the range of the species, which had previously been recorded in Italy - very sporadically - only in the north ( Comba 2019 and references therein).
