5. Tribe: Synergini Ashmead, 1896
Mostly inquilines (except genus Synophrus and a few Synergus species) associated with oak cynipid galls on Quercus in the Holarctic Region. Six genera are known worldwide ( Agastoroxenia Nieves-Aldrey & Medianero, 2010 , Lithosaphonecrus Tang, Melika & Bozsó, 2015 , Saphonecrus Dalla Torre & Kieffer, 1910 , Synergus Hartig, 1840 , Synophrus Hartig, 1843 and Ufo Melika & Pujade-Villar, 2005 ) ( Buffington et al. 2020). A total of 25 species (with a new record in this study) in three genera are currently known from Türkiye ( Azmaz & Katılmış 2017b; Azmaz 2021a; Fatih & Gençer 2022).
