Brief diagnosis. This species can be distinctly differentiated from all other Old World species including Indian species of Yelicones by the strongly constricted temple ( Fig. 10B ), very strong transverse hind wing vein 2-SC + R ( Fig. 10D ), and by the basally widened marginal cell which lacks a glabrous area ( Fig. 10D ).

Comments. This species can be easily identified using the original detailed description provided by Papp, 1991. The comparative characters with other closely allied species are provided in Table 1.

Distribution. India and Vietnam.
