Platiana stictica ( Candèze, 1880) : Schimmel (1996a): 201.
Type depository. 3 syntypes, sex undetermined ( RBINS). Lectotype was reported to be deposited in RMNH by van Zwaluwenburg (1959), however Schimmel (1996a) found all three syntypes in RBINS.
Type locality. Indonesia: Sumatra, Mt. Kerinci [ Peak of Indrapoera ], 1490 m.
Distribution. Indonesia (Sumatra).
