First record from Armenia: Makaryan &Avetyan (1931) on Prunus armeniaca L, P.persica (L.) Batsch, P. amygdalus Batsch , and P. domestica L.

Distribution in Armenia: Tavush, Kotayk, Syunik provinces, Ararat plain ( Makaryan & Avetyan 1931; Tumanyan 1944, 1961, 1976; Avetyan 1952; Arakelyan 1977; Matinyan 1983).

Note: This is probably a complex of 3 closely related species.
