Material examined. 1 female, Mt. Fanjing, Guizhou Province (108°04΄E, 28°00΄N, 13. 0 7. 1993), Chen Xuexin leg.; 1 female, Mt. Fanjing, Guizhou Province (108°04΄E, 28°00΄N, alt. 1950m), 29. 0 7. 2001, Chen Mingli, Huang Ningting leg.; 1 female, Hongchunping, Mt. Emei, Sichuan province (103°04΄E, 29°06΄N, alt. 1600m), 4. 0 7. 2006, Zhong Yihai leg.
Distribution. China (Guizhou, Sichuan); Burma ( Malaise, 1945); India ( Forsius, 1935).
Diagnosis. Body length 10mm. Black, white are: distinct spots on dorsal parts of thorax, an anterior round spot on lower part of mesepisternum; abdomen black, posterior margins and deflexed lateral sides of all tergites, posterior margins of all sternites black-brown; labrum and clypeus yellow-brown, posterolateral parts of clypeus white; antennae black, apical half of flagellomeres 4 and the last 3 flagellomeres white; flagellomere 1 distinctly shorter than flagellomere 2 = 1.18; legs black, yellow-white are: ventral sides of procoxa to tibia, all trochanters, outer part on apex of mesofemur, ventral sides of middle tibia, pro- and mesotarsus except posterior margin of each tarsomere, basal 3/7 of metafemur, apex of tarsomere 1, tarsomeres 2–4 except posteroventral side of each tarsomere, basal half of tarsomere 5; outer side of metacoxa with distinct white spot. Anal cell of hind wing not petiolate. Punctures on dorsal part of head extremely minute, indistinctly shining, upper part of mesepisternum with large and distinct punctures, punctures on lower part minute, dense (figs. 4a, 4b). Lancet with 25 annuli, middle serrula with 2 anterior and 9–10 posterior sub-basal teeth, the 9th to 10th serrulae as in Fig. 4 View FIGURES 4 c.
