Chorotype. Endemic Maghrebian ( Morocco and Algeria).

In Algeria, the species was found in the Wilaya of Alger ( Berthélemy 1979) and in Kabylia on the Djurdjura massif (Wilaya of Tizi-Ouzou) ( Aït Mouloud 1988; Lounaci 1987, 2005). The species was not captured during this study.
