CURRENT STATUS. Objectively invalid name, junior homonym of Nomada bimaculata

Schilling, 1849; a junior synonym of Nomada basalis Herrich-Schäffer, 1839 (Alexander &

Schwarz 1994: 255).

DISTRIBUTION. Russia: Crimea Russia, south of European part; Europe, North Africa,

Armenia, Turkey, Syria, Palestine, Israel, Iraq, Iran, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan.

REMARK. The syntypes of this species have not been found in ZISP and IZKP .
