Figs 126–136 View FIGURES 126 – 146 .

Head and thorax greenish yellow. Crown of vertex with two light brown spots near apex and two on posterior margin. Eyes dark brown. Scutum and scutellum with two spots one on either side of transverse impressed line and two on lateral margins on each side, light brown. Median spot of forewings distinct with very narrow dark brown border.

Male genitalia. Pygofer in lateral view longer than its height, posterior margin conically rounded, macrosetae confined to posterior one third. Valve twice as wide at base as long. Subgenital plates with lateral row of stout macrosetae approximately as long as plate; terminal fingerlike process long, slender, with short microsetae, about 0.33 as long as the total length. Style more than thrice as long as wide at base, preapical lobe poorly developed apophysis short, blunt. Stem of connective short, 0.5 as long as arms. Aedeagal shafts directed postero-dorsally, apex of each shaft acute, pair of basal processes between shafts, gradually curved caudo-dorsally exceeding length of shafts; gonopores subapical.

Measurements. Male 3.7 mm long, 1.15 mm wide across eyes.

Material examined. HOLOTYPE ♂, INDIA: Karnataka: R.R.S. Mudigere, 2.vi.1978, C.A. Viraktamath ( UASB).

Etymology. The species name alludes to the long setae on subgenital plates.

Remarks. H. longisetosus closely resembles H. tortuosus Kuoh from China ( Kuoh 1976) and H. krakatauensis Kamitani (Kamitani et al. 2011) in general characters of male genitalia but differs from both in having longer basal processes of the aedeagal shaft which gradually curve dorsally in lateral view.
