Treatment

Jarmilaia mollis Hoberlandt, 1957: 16 (key), 20–22, Fig. 13 (original description). HOLOTYPE (J): Madagascar, Périnet [= Andasibe].

Current status. Valid species: Parabergrothista mollis ( Hoberlandt, 1957) (see USINGER & MATSUDA 1959; HOBERLANDT 1963; KORMILEV & FROESCHNER 1987; HEISS 1998, 2010, 2012). Remarks. The J holotype was originally cited as deposited in Institut Scientifique de Madagascar, Antananarivo. Obviously it is not present in NMPC, but we doubt that it has been returned to ISMT, as several other holotypes remained in NMPC.
