Comments.
This genus belongs to the subfamily Echeminae Simon, 1893, includes six species: Hongkongia caeca Deeleman-Reinhold, 2001, H. incincta (Simon, 1907), H. liutang sp. nov., H. reptrix Deeleman-Reinhold, 2001, H. songi Zhang, Zhu & Tso, 2009 and H. wuae Song & Zhu, 1998.
