Natural history.

Most individuals of Trichiusa robustula from NB were sifted from compost near a mixed forest during April and September. The species was very common at this site. One individual from a river margin was sifted during July from drift material consisting mostly of maple seeds. Brunke et al. (2012) reported this species from debris along lakeshores and from a grass pile and leaves near a lakeshore in ON.

Distribution in Canada.

ON, NB ( Bousquet et al. 2013). Brunke et al. (2012) reported Trichiusa robustula for the first time for Canada from ON.
