Distr.: Colombia (Amazonas, Antioquia, Boyacá, Caldas, Casanare, Chocó, Cundinamarca, Magdalena, Norte de Santander, Santander, Sucre, Tolima ( Morales et al. 1981)), Belize, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela.
