LT: Narün, nordöstlich von Astrachan zwischen Wolga- und Ural-Fluss, etwa 15 deutsche Meilen ostwärts von der Wolga [NW Kazakhstan, european part]. Type material (lectotype) in MHUB .

Synonymy:

= Holcocerus arenicola albida Seitz, 1912 View in CoL , in: Seitz, Gross-Schmett. Erde 2 (1): 421.

LT: Probably Valley of Ural river [W. Kazakhstan]. Type material are probably lost.

= Holcocerus dilutior Rothschild, 1912 View in CoL , in: Seitz, Gross-Schmett. Erde 2 (1): 452.

LT: Kyssyl [near Dzharkent (Panfilov), SE Kazakhstan]. Type material (holotype) in BMNH .

Distribution. Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, N Afghanistan, Iran, NW China (Xinjang) (Christoph 1888b; Hua et al. 1990; Yakovlev 2006a ).
