Type locality: Tengchong County, Yunnan Province, China .
Diagnosis: As discussed in Teliphasa similalbifusa Li in Liu, Wang & Li, 2016. In T. hamata no sexual dimorphism is reported. Female genitalia ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 11–13 ) with posterior apophyses 2/3rd of anterior apophyses, thicker; antrum rectangular, heavily sclerotized; ductus bursae zig-zag, weakly sclerotized posteriorly; corpus bursae pyriform, signum nearly rectangular, with multiple minute spines.
