TYPE SPECIES. — Tertonium rectum n. gen., n. sp.

ETYMOLOGY. — Name formed by an arbitrary combination of letters. Neuter gender.

RANGE. — Early Kimmeridgian to late Tithonian.

DIAGNOSIS. — Broadly conical to four-sided tentshaped test with D, L and V prolonged downward along thorax and extended into spines.

REMARKS

Tertonium n. gen. differs from Toritenum n. gen. in having D, L and V prolonged along thorax.
