Description

Pilsbry (1906).

Distribution

Native range uncertain; this species is currently widespread in the tropics ( Rowson et al. 2010). In Chile this species has been reported only from Easter Island (39°48 ʹ S, 73°14 ʹ W) ( Boyko and Cordeiro 2001).

Possible mechanism of introduction/Status

Human transportation/probably established ( Boyko and Cordeiro 2001).
