Diagnosis.
Female. Body length 9–10 mm. Body largely black, following markings creamy yellow: apical margin of clypeus narrowly lemon yellow, paired basolateral spots on T 1, T 2 and T 5. Spines on tibiae brown, but on tarsi black, spur brown to dark brown, tarsomere 1 with three outer spines; wings very slightly yellowish and narrowly at apex fuscous; squamiform pubescence on pronotum, propodeum and Tl broadly (but not completely) expanded and bluish ( Tsuneki 1989). Male. Unknown.
