Omophoita octoguttata ( Fabricius, 1775)

Remarks: The synonymic list, updated morphological description, and material examined of O. octoguttata can be found in ( Begha et al. 2021).

Type: Presumedly lost, according to Zimsen 1964.

Observed distribution in the Southern Brazil: Paraná (Castro, Curitiba, Jundiaí do Sul, Irati, Paranaguá, Piraquara, Ponta Grossa, Rio Negro , S „o José dos Pinhais, Telêmaco Borba, Tibagi), Rio Grande do Sul (Marcelino Ramos, Nonoai, Porto Alegre) and Santa Catarina (Camboriú, Joinville, Itaisópolis, Itapiranga, Nova Teutônia, S „o Bento) ( Fig. 32 ).
