This species is report- ed to Colombia for the first time. The new records are from Tayrona Natural Park, Magdalena, locality found in the Caribbean coast of the country, and Guainía, a locality found near the eastern boundary with Venezuela in the Amazonian region of Colombia. Other records are from San Martín, Meta in the plains of the Colombian Orinoquia, contiguous to the eastern slope of the eastern cordillera, and from Tolima, which is found in the Magdalena river basin.
