Material examined. Western Australia. N.W. Shelf, 80 m, trawled specimens, coll. Observer crew on Chick Fa No. l, id. Russell Hanley, 1986 , AM W.201437 (1, PARATYPE) , AM W.201438 (1, PARATYPE) , USNM # 101342 (1, PARATYPE) , USNM # 101343 (1, PARATYPE) .

Remarks. This species has paired MxIII, a condition present in few species of eunicids (see Fauchald, 1992 for a discussion). All four paratypes examined are in very poor condition
