Current name: Aspalathus spinosa L. View in CoL View at ENA ( Fabaceae : Faboideae ).

Note: Dahlgren (in Opera Bot. 11(1): 197. 1966) indicated 893.2 (LINN) only as "orig. coll.", but clarified this to “type” in 1988.
