Description of Female. Apterous; length 3.1–3.3 mm. Head black-brown, except mandible yellow (in specimen from China, 5 Km W of Chongpo, clypeus and gena testaceous); antenna brown, except segments 1–2 yellow; mesosoma black-brown; metasoma brown; legs brown, except tarsi yellow. Antenna clavate. Head shiny, with occiput and face hairy, unsculptured, except occiput granulated; vertex weakly excavated, almost flat; face more excavated than vertex; occipital carina absent. Palpal formula 6/3. Pronotum dull, granulated (in holotype) or unsculptured (in specimen from China, 5 Km W of Chongpo), hairy, with (in holotype) or without (in specimen from China, 5 Km W of Chongpo) irregular transverse keels, crossed by strong transverse impression. Scutum dull, hairy, sculptured by some longitudinal keels. Metanotum dull, transversely striate, not hollow behind scutellum. Metathorax + propodeum dull, with or without median narrow longitudinal furrow similar to keel, with anterior surface sculptured by many longitudinal striae and posterior surface transversely striate. Mesopleuron and metapleuron transversely striate. Meso-metapleural suture distinct and complete. Segment 1 of protarsus shorter than segment 4 (11:13). Enlarged claw ( Plate 128G View PLATE 128 ) with one small subapical tooth and three bristles. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 128G View PLATE 128 ) with inner margin proximally not serrated, with one row of about 18 lamellae (in specimen from China, 5 Km W of Chongpo, segment 5 with two rows of 18 + one (distal) lamellae; medial lamellae situated on a prominence); distal apex with 3–4 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.

Description of Male. Fully winged; length 1.8 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs brown, except meso- and metatarsal segments 1–4 whitish. Palpal formula 6/3. Scutum dull, granulated. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.4 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, finely hairy, very finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Propodeum with dorsal surface dull, granulated and with numerous irregular striae; posterior surface shiny, smooth, unsculptured. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; stigmal vein very slightly pigmented; distal part of stigmal vein about as long s proximal part. Dorsal process of paramere ( Plate 128B View PLATE 128 ) reduced to inner expansion of paramere. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
