Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.4–5.5 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus and gena testaceous (in two specimens from Philippines, Los Baños, and China, Mt. Yinggeling, gena black; antenna testaceous; in specimens from China, Taiwan, antenna testaceous, except segments 2–3 and 7–9 darkened; in specimens from Sabah and Philippines, Los Baños, antenna brown, except segments 1–2 and 10 testaceous; in specimen from China, Mt. Yinggeling, antenna testaceous, except segments 8–10 brown); mesosoma black, except lateral margins and posterior collar of pronotum testaceous; metasoma brown-testaceous; legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 7:5:20:9:9:6:6:5:5:8. Head flat, dull, granulated; face with few longitudinal keels; occipital carina complete; frontal line complete; posterior ocelli situated very close occipital carina, not touching it; POL = 3.5; OL = 2; OOL = 9; OPL = 0.5; TL = 3. Pronotum dull, hairy, granulated, with some striae around disc; disc humped; pronotum crossed by two transverse impressions, anterior impression slight and posterior one strong; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Scutum dull, granulated and rugose; occasionally scutum with median region almost completely granulated and lateral regions and posterior fourth of median region reticulate rugose. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.5–0.9 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum dull, rugose, occasionally granulated and not rugose. Propodeum reticulate-rugose, without longitudinal or transverse keels. Fore wing with three dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein about as long as proximal part; in specimen from Laos, 21°41'N 102°06'E, distal part longer than proximal part. Protarsal segment 1 longer than segment 4 (15:11). Enlarged claw (Plate 81C) with one small subdistal tooth situated more or less close to distal apex and with one row of 2–7 peg-like hairs or lamellae. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 81C) with two rows of 16–24 lamellae; distal apex with about 9–40 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
