Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.0– 4.7 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus and anterior margin of face testaceous; antenna testaceous; mesosoma black, except posterior collar of pronotum testaceous or reddish; metasoma black; legs testaceous, except clubs of femora partly brown. In specimen from China, Mt. Huanggangshan, pronotum black, except all margins testaceous and one testaceous longitudinal median stripe; head completely black, except clypeus and mandible testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 8:5.5:20:7:6.5:6:6:5.5:4.5:8. Head dull, slightly excavated, granulated; face with anterior region very narrow, narrower than scutellum (9:12) ( Plate 75A View PLATE 75 ); frontal line complete; occipital carina complete, laterally not reaching eyes; POL = 1.5; OL = 2.5; OOL = 6; OPL = 0.5; TL = 2.5; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than TL. In specimen from China, Chebaling National Nature Reserve, face granulated, with some longitudinal irregular keels. Pronotum dull, granulated, with some longitudinal striae on lateral regions; pronotum with disc not humped and posterior collar short; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Scutum dull, granulated, with lateral regions and posterior third reticulate rugose. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.75 length of scutum. Scutellum dull, granulated. Metanotum with anterior half reticulate rugose and posterior half granulated. Propodeum reticulate rugose, without longitudinal or transverse striae, with dorsal surface approximately as long as posterior surface. In specimen from China, Mt. Huanggangshan, dorsal region of propodeum longer than posterior region. Fore wing with three dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein longer than proximal part (15:8). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 14:2:6:13:21. Enlarged claw ( Plate 75B View PLATE 75 ) with one strong subdistal tooth and one row of six lamellae. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 75B View PLATE 75 ) with two rows of approximately 14 lamellae; distal apex with about 14 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
