Dryinus bruneianus Olmi 1987c: 47 .

Description of Female. Fully winged; length 6.9 mm. Head black, except mandible brown and clypeus yellow with central region black; antenna testaceous, except segment 1 ventrally black; mesosoma black, except lateral margins of pronotum weakly reddish; metasoma black, except posterior half testaceous; legs brown, except coxae and trochanters partly whitish, proximal half of metacoxa black, tarsi testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 12:6:37:17:14:10:9:8:7:11. Head ( Plate 75F View PLATE 75 ) dull, reticulate rugose, with face narrow; frontal line complete; temple absent; occipital carina complete, laterally not reaching eyes, but running very near them; occiput excavated ( Plate 75F View PLATE 75 ); POL = 2; OL = 2; OOL = 8; OPL = 1. Pronotum shiny, strongly sculptured by keels around disc and on lateral regions; pronotum crossed by weak anterior transverse impression and strong posterior transverse impression; posterior collar distinct; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Scutum dull, reticulate rugose. Notauli almost complete, almost reaching posterior margin of scutum. Scutellum dull, granulated. Metanotum dull, hairy, rugose. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with two longitudinal keels on posterior surface. Fore wing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein longer than proximal part (20:13). Hindwing hyaline, slightly darkened. Protarsal segments in following proportions: 23:5:9:20:33. Enlarged claw ( Plate 75G View PLATE 75 ) with one strong subapical tooth and one row of 12 lamellae. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 75G View PLATE 75 ) with two rows of approximately 24 lamellae; distal apex with about 12 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Material examined. Type: holotype ♀: BRUNEI: Badas, in Agathis woodland , 25–28.II.1982, M.C. Day leg. ( BMNH) .

Distribution. Brunei (Badas).
