Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.9–4.4 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus and gena testaceous; antenna brown-testaceous, except distal half of segment 10 testaceous (in specimen from Laos, 20°13.30'N 103°59.26'E, antenna testaceous); mesosoma black, except pronotum testaceous with lateral regions broadly blackish; metasoma brown; legs brown-testaceous, except hind coxae partly black. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 8:5:22:13:11:8:7:7:5:10. Head excavated, dull, granulated; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; posterior ocelli touching occipital carina; POL = 2; OL = 2; OOL = 7; TL = 2; TL shorter than greatest breadth of posterior ocelli (2:2.5). Pronotum dull, sculptured by numerous longitudinal striae around and on sides of disc; disc rugose, humped; pronotum crossed by two transverse impressions, anterior impression weak and posterior one strong; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Scutum dull, granulated and reticulate rugose; only anterior region of median area not reticulate rugose. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.8 length of scutum. Scutellum dull, granulated. Metanotum dull, rugose. Propodeum dull, reticulate rugose, with two complete longitudinal keels on posterior surface; dorsal surface about as long as posterior surface. Fore wing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein longer than proximal part (20:6). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 17:3:5:15:24. Enlarged claw not spatulate ( Plate 77A View PLATE 77 ), with one strong subapical tooth and one row of eight lamellae. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 77A View PLATE 77 ) with two rows of 18 lamellae; distal apex with about 14 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
